Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you love your Mahjong set and enjoy countless fun game nights!
If your purchase does not meet your expectation, or arrives damaged/defective, you may submit a return request within 14 days after receiving your package. Return requests submitted after this 14-day window will not be accepted.

★★★ Damaged or Defective Items
If your mahjong set arrives broken, scratched, or with manufacturing defects, please email us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will cover return shipping costs for verified damaged/defective goods.

★★★ Order Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation only before your package ships out. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively after checkout.

★★★Full Refunds (Customer-initiated Returns)
For full-priced in-stock items: you may send the item back within 14 days upon delivery to qualify for a full refund. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
For orders placed between U.S. Thanksgiving and Christmas: the return window is extended until January 3rd.

★★★Return Requirements:
- All tiles, accessories, boxes and packaging must be returned 100% complete.
- Factory shrink wrap intact: unopened sealed sets qualify for full refund with no restocking fee.
- If shrink wrap is opened: all 160 tiles must be placed in sealed bags and returned inside the original box. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, provided the full set remains unused and complete.

We will email a prepaid return label to you. Return shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund for customer-choice returns.
Returns missing tiles, incomplete sets, or items showing signs of use will be rejected and shipped back to you at your cost, with no refund issued.

★★★ Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
- Holiday limited edition items: Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged during transit.
- Personalized / monogrammed custom mahjong sets are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Final Sale products including imperfect mats and tile guides cannot be returned.
- Preorder items: Preorder shipments have estimated timelines which may be subject to delays beyond our control. Preorder orders cannot be cancelled solely due to shipping delays.

★★★ How to Start Your Return
1. Email greekfeels@outlook.com.com with your order number and return reason.
2. We will review your request and send the prepaid return label within 1 business day.
3. Securely repack the product, attach the label, and ship within 3 business days after receiving the label.
4. Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will process your refund within 3 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: Banks and card issuers may take extra time to post funds back to your account after we issue the refund.
If your return fails our inspection, we will email you the rejection notice, and the package will be returned to you.
